Modernism well-maintained

The spa district of Ustroń - Zawodzie (Poland, Silesian Voivodeship) is an example of a successful implementation of the architectural ideas of modernism. I've been wondering for some time why I feel so good traveling this area located on the slope of Równica.
You've probably noticed that in some places it's easier to rest, or simply, just be, spend time. Suppose I leave work for a coffee and sit in the café with a view of a street crowded with cars, marked out with ribbons of chaotically hanging banners and studded with booths coloured in all colors. A break from work in such an environment does not make any sense for me. And has certainly nothing to do with regaining vitality.
And returning to Ustroń-Zawodzie, I remember that this sanatorium district, in addition to good, non-overwhelming architecture with the characteristic pyramid shape, offers also greenery, silence and calming spaces (ok, maybe not during the time of dancing evenings). However, what it does not offer, is invasive car traffic. The access road to the sanatoriums flows discreetly, and the traffic on it is rather moderate. To sum up - Zawodzie is a pleasant, green, coherent and very relaxing area.
We owe the designs of the buildings to Silesian architects: Henryk Buszka, Aleksander Franca and Tadeusz Szewczyk.
